All aboard the Tequila Express
The Tequila Express is such a laugh. Everyone visiting Guadalajara should really give it a go. Lots of fun. We stopped off at the Hacienda San José del Refugio to see how this traditional Mexican drink is actually made. then we enjoyed a nice Hociendia lunch, with live music, washed down with plenty of tequila - it was flowing that day!

People Watching on the Plaza Tapatia
The Plaza Tapatia covers a massive space in the centre of Guadalajara and is where many people hang out. We sat down here next to some bronze sculpture thing and just enjoy half and hour of unadulterated people watching. Then we had a look at the Degollado Theatre and explored Morelos Street at a rather leisurely pace.
